Do you still deliver during GCQ?

  • Yes, we still deliver during the ECQ. Due to quarantine guidelines, we can only deliver to limited areas. Deliveries are temporarily suspended to Rizal, Caloocan, Malabon, Manila, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Pinas, Paranaque, and Alabang.

Are the plants and other items sanitized?

  • For your safety and protection, we carefully sanitize and disinfect each item that leaves the HQ.

How many days does it take for orders to be delivered?

  • Due to quarantine restrictions, difficulty in booking third party couriers, and the influx of orders and inquiries, the lead time is 7-10 days upon payment acknowledgement but if may be earlier if schedule premits.

Is this free delivery? How much does it cost?

  • Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. Fees will depend on the location and the mode of delivery (ex. motorcycle for small items, MPV for multiple or large items).

Can we book our own courier?

  • You may book your preferred courier but it still has to be within the scheduled timeline. Our dispatch team will inform you once your orders are ready for pickup. Only then can you book your courier. Please provide the complete details of the courier for better coordination.

Are we allowed to pick up our orders?

  • We allow scheduled pickups only. Our dispatch team will inform you once your orders are ready for pickup.

Do you ship to provinces?

  • We don't deliver outside Metro Manila, unfortunately.

Do you do rush orders?

  • We do not accept rush orders as of the moment.

Do you do COD?

  • We are currently on cashless basis for everyone's safety and protection.
